Massachusetts Turnpike Authority accepting comments on the Parcel 9 proposals through Friday, June 19th

The DeNormandie Companies, along with the three other developers who submitted proposals, presented their proposal for the development of Parcel 9 at the North End Central Artery Advisory Committee public meeting on Thursday, May 28th. The Massachusetts Turnpike Authority is accepting comments on each of the four developers’ proposals. To submit comments, send an email with “Parcel 9 Comments” in the subject line to realestate@masspike.com. Greenway site draws 3 more proposals

A food market and art galleries, 78 units of rental housing, and a 137,000-square-foot office and retail building are among the proposals the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority has received from developers seeking to build on a key sliver of land along the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway.
